Funfetti Cookies

…7 ingredient cookies that are oh so gooey

I’m usually not the type of girl to grab a box of premade cake mix, but I was in a pinch when I realized I only had a cup of flour left and had to whip together a quick dessert for a family member stopping by last minute. These cookies were out of this world delicious and honestly so easy to make!

Equipment

• Mixing bowl

• Measuring cups

• Cookie scoop

For the cookie dough

• 1 box funfetti cake mix (I used Pillsbury, but any brand will do)

• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

• 2 eggs

• 1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding (do not make the actual pudding, just place the dry mix directly into the batter)

• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

• 1 tsp clear vanilla

• 1 cup mini marshmallows

Chewy, sweet with a birthday cake buttery flavor

• Preheat oven to 350F

• To a bowl, add one package of funfetti cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and your 1/4 cup of vanilla instant pudding mix

• Gently mix to combine

• Add in your marshmallows and white chocolate chip and stir until well combined

• Place on parchment paper with about 1 tablespoon dollops

• Bake in oven at 350F f0r about 8-9 minutes
